  • You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
  • Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
  • You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
  • Other inclusions not listed as a part of this booking may be chargeable.
     

Cancellation Policy

At Agreen Hotels & Resorts, we understand that travel plans can change. To offer flexibility:
 

  • Reservations cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in are eligible for a credit voucher for the full amount paid.
  • Credit vouchers may be redeemed within 180 days of the original check-in date, subject to availability and prevailing rates.
  • Guests may request a date change in writing at least 24 hours before arrival, subject to availability and applicable rate differences.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable.


NO-SHOW & EARLY DEPARTURE

 
  • No refund, credit voucher, or rescheduling will be provided in case of a no-show or early departure.


GROUP BOOKINGS

 
  • This policy does not apply to group bookings of more than 5 rooms, which shall be governed by the terms specified in the group booking confirmation.

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
