As a resort for corporate events near Pune, we offer the flexibility to move between work and outdoor activities throughout the day. If you are looking to get everyone around a table before heading outdoors, our 2,000 sq. ft. naturally ventilated hall accommodates up to 100 guests. It can be arranged in theatre, boardroom, classroom, cluster or U-shaped layouts, with audio-visual equipment available on request. It is a practical setting for meetings, presentations, and team sessions.
From Team Sessions to Jungle Trails
At our resort for team outing near Pune, there is plenty to keep the team outdoors. Take on a group challenge, head out on a jungle trek, look for birds along the trails or gather around the campfire as the day winds down. The Farm Area and amphitheatre also offer space for outdoor sessions, presentations and larger group activities. For an evening gathering, the Farm Area can also accommodate DJs and amplified music with prior approval and agreed sound levels.
Our Pool Villa and Pool Cottage each accommodate up to 8 guests, while the Forest Villa sleeps up to 9, so larger groups can stay together rather than splitting across rooms.
As evening sets in, Kokum serves farm-to-table meals, with much of the produce grown on the property and fish sourced from the Koyna River, giving the day a chance to slow down over a good meal. Later, the Forest Bar offers a natural spot to linger over sundowners and settle into the night at your own pace.

Getting to Koyna and Planning Your Safari
Forest Escapes Koyna is best reached by road. From Pune, it's approximately 191 km, with the drive taking you towards Koyna via Satara, roughly a 3-4 hour journey depending on traffic and stops along the way. From Mumbai, our resort is around 291 km, typically a 5-6 hour drive.
The route offers a scenic descent through the Sahyadri hills as you approach Koyna, making the drive itself part of the experience. For groups arriving from different cities, staggered arrival times can be planned around our check-in window, and the team can assist in coordinating transport for larger offsites.
If a jeep safari is on your itinerary, timing matters. The Koyna Wildlife Sanctuary closes seasonally from 15 June to 15 October, with safaris resuming on 15 October.
